Feb 2015: Angel trains award class 158 door leaves

Angle trains have placed an initial order for 5 train sets of direct replacement class 158 door leaves for fitting to Northern Rail fleet. These units are to be fitted with the new door leaves by summer 2015. The work is being carried out at Solo’s bonding facility at Biggin Hill and assembly plants in Birmingham for delivery direct to Northern Rail facility at Neville Hill depot Leeds.
