Over the last 2 years Solo has expanded it’s capability by investing in state-of-the-art equipment and facilities tailored to the needs of our rail customers.

Having the equipment is one thing but just as important is having the right operations people in place to maximise outputs.

An important part of the strategy has been to ensure Solo people are equipped with the necessary skills to drive the business forward.

Throughout the company we encourage individual and team training events including personal skills development and training.

Ensuring we meet our obligations in areas such as health and safety and compliant legislation are also important aspects of our people training and we regularly employ external specialist to support our internal resources.
