Solo embarks on servitization programme

Solo have commenced work on a programme with Aston Business school to look at the prospect of introducing servitization to its business model. The programme, headed up by Dr Megan Ronayne looks at how companies can introduce a wider offering of services to the benefit of the business and its customers and includes the sharing of knowledge and experience with other SME;s in the region who are also on the programme.
